I mean, it sounds idyllic, right? But things take a sharp turn when they stop at a highway dhaba for dinner. That’s when they see a young girl being dragged away by some real life thugs, and Arjun,without much thought, steps in to help. it’s like one of those moments where you think, “Oh no, don’t do it!” but you know he’s going to anyway. What really struck me about the film is how it plays with the idea of safety and privilege. meera and Arjun lead lives that seem pretty secure,but in a heartbeat,their world flips upside down. It’s like they’re suddenly thrust into a nightmare that’s all too real. The contrast between their ordinary life and this horrific situation is jarring. And it kind of makes you think about how quickly things can go from mundane to life threatening. The tension builds effectively as they confront these men. You can feel the dread, and there’s this sense of impending doom that looms over the whole situation. the film does a good job of establishing that feeling. But here’s where it gets interesting. Instead of just being a straight up thriller, it taps into themes of gender,power,and morality. it’s not just about survival,but also about the choices they make under pressure. i mean,does Arjun’s decision to intervene reflect bravery or foolishness? That’s kind of a gray area, and it makes you think. Then there's Meera's character arc.

At first, she's a bit more of a supporting figure,but as the story progresses, she transforms in some pretty intense ways. the film pushes her into situations that challenge her limits, both emotionally and physically. I don't know if I can say I saw that coming,but her growth throughout the film feels pretty impactful. It's hard not to feel for her, especially as the stakes keep rising. Like,at one point,you’re just holding your breath,hoping she’ll find a way out. Visually,it has this gritty,realistic feel that adds to the urgency. the cinematography captures the desolation of the highway and the stark contrast of the lively dhaba setting with the violence that erupts. It’s a clever choice. You can almost feel the dust and heat of the Indian landscape, which makes the horror feel more grounded. But at times, it feels a little raw,and maybe even unpolished,which could work for some people but might throw others off. One thing that's noteworthy is how the film addresses social issues, like honor killings, which isn’t something you see every day. That gives it a layer of depth, and you can feel the weight of these societal expectations and norms. The film pulls no punches, showing the brutal realities of such issues. but,I dunno, at times it feels like it could've delved deeper into the characters’ motivations or the societal commentary. It’s like there are moments when you wish for a bit more context to fully grasp the gravity of the situations they find themselves in. The performances,particularly by the leads,are pretty strong. I mean,both actors do a solid job of conveying fear and desperation. Their chemistry, though,is something I found intriguing.
