I can’t imagine being the strongest guy on the planet and also trying to make it as an ordinary person. The way the film contrasts Clark's mundane life with his superhero duties is fascinating. Like,when he’s just being a reporter, he’s dealing with office politics and deadlines. Then, boom, he’s off saving the world from a disaster. It’s like he has these two separate lives and they’re constantly at odds with each other. There's this great tension in wanting to be normal, yet he has this duty to be extraordinary. I think a lot of us can relate to feeling torn between expectations and who we actually are. Visually,it’s pretty iconic. The flying scenes,especially, have this dreamy quality that kind of captures what it would feel like to be soaring through the air. You get this sense of freedom and wonder, which I think is part of the whole Superman mythos. The special effects may not hold up as well today,but in the context of when it was made, they had this really unique charm. It’s not all about the flashy visuals, though. The story’s what's at the heart of it. And then there’s Lex Luthor.

It’s about making choices and sometimes feeling weighed down by the choices you make. but let’s not skip over Lois Lane. Margot Kidder’s portrayal brings a different dimension to Clark’s life. She’s feisty, determined, and really holds her own. i liked how she wasn’t just a damsel in distress,but someone who challenges Clark’s world. their dynamic feels genuine, which is important when you’re dealing with such an epic narrative. It grounds everything,making it feel relatable amid the grandeur of Superman’s story.
